Gym Gym Gym


This is my gym diet.

Breakfast: 4 eggs, 100g of cereals, milk

Lunch: 1 can of tuna, peanut butter sandwich, bacon + sausage

Pre-work out: 1 gigantic sweet potato

Post workout: Steak + Creatine +Protein Shake

Dinner: Whatever I cook


After 2 months I've only gained 1 kg. FML
